PX-DX/WX Series
The Hokuyo PX-DX/WX series is an economical through-beam type hot metal detector (HMD) that is used where lower ambient temperature areas are present within the steel manufacturing process. This model consists of a separate emitter and receiver equipped in compact self-contained housings. With accurate long-range transmission, this through-beam sensor operates effectively in mill environments by detecting passing material on a process line that interrupts the modulated light beam.
