The HSC-A100-ENC safety controller offers reliable performance, capacity and security to help meet the growing demands of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and collaborative robots for industrial manufacturing.
This module features 16 safety-rated digital inputs and 12 safety-rated digital outputs. It allows for integrating up to six UAM safety scanners. Equipped with 4-encoder inputs, the controller allows for safe drive, speed and range monitoring in mobile robotic and overhead crane applications. It supports safety classification levels of Ple, Category 4 and SIL3.
